The Excitement

Colonel Vekkers is infamous on the circuit. While he's a talented driver, his name largely conjures up images of skulldugery and no-goodnik loopholes. While I've never personally raced against him, I've watched old celluloid of his goons running other drivers off the road and I fully intend to steer clear of that crowd should I stumble upon them. I heard that they've got a taste for cognac and the keep things rusty on purpose.
